- Inspection and Repair: A detailed inspection was conducted to identify any damaged or loose fixings, flashings, or other components. Necessary repairs were carried out to ensure the roof’s structural integrity and watertightness.
- Primer Application: A coat of high-quality primer was applied to the roof surface to provide a uniform base for the subsequent coating and enhance adhesion.
- Permanent Green Satin Coating: Two coats of a durable, permanent green satin finish were applied to the roof, restoring its appearance and providing long-lasting protection against the elements.
Project Outcome:
Upon completion of the project, the client’s roof was restored to its original condition, looking renewed and revitalised. The restoration process effectively addressed the wear and tear on the roof, improving its appearance, functionality, and durability.
