1. Growth Treatment: We treated the roof to eliminate any existing moss, lichen, or other growth, preparing the surface for cleaning and recoating.
2. Pressure Cleaning: We carefully pressure cleaned the roof to remove dirt, debris, and growth residue, revealing the sound tile surface.
3. Tile Replacement and Pointing Touch-Up: We replaced any broken tiles and touched up the existing pointing, ensuring the roof’s structural integrity and weather tightness.
4. Custom Color Coating: We applied an undercoat followed by two satin top coats in a custom-mixed colour, providing a fresh and unified appearance to the entire roof.
