1990s concrete tile roof
This roof had been restored previously to a poor standard. The roof had been poorly cleaned and the coating had not adhered in areas.
To remedy this, after first applying our moss treatment to sterilise the tile surface we had to use the big water blaster with a turbo nozzle to strip the loose coating from the roof. All cracked tiles were replaced and ridge caps repointed with Selleys Pointworks. A penetrating sealer was used to ensure a strong bond between the tile, remaining coating and the new coatings, one coat of high build base coat and one coat of acrylic top coat in Karaka. We also painted the fascia gutters to complete the look on this beautifully maintained home.
